At Pump’it Up Juice, we are committed to preparing fresh, high-quality, natural juices and shots for our customers. Because our products are fresh, perishable, and made to order, all refund and cancellation requests must be handled carefully.
Refund Policy
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Refunds or replacements may be considered if:
- You received the wrong item
- An item is missing from your order
- Your order arrived damaged
- There was an error made by Pump’it Up Juice
To process a refund or replacement request, customers must provide clear photos of the order received, including any damaged items, missing items, or incorrect products.
If the issue is confirmed to be an error from Pump’it Up Juice, we will gladly offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Fresh Product Notice
Our juices and shots are made fresh and contain no preservatives. For the best quality, all products must be refrigerated immediately after delivery.
Pump’it Up Juice is not responsible for products that are left outside, unrefrigerated, or not stored properly after delivery.
Taste & Satisfaction Concerns
If you are not satisfied with the taste of your juice or shot, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with details about your concern.
Because taste preferences vary from person to person, a full refund is not guaranteed for taste-related concerns. However, we will review each situation carefully and do our best to make it right.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order.
Because our juices are prepared fresh and may begin processing quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations once the order has already been prepared, packed, or sent out for delivery.
For best chances of cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
If the order has already been processed or delivered, it may not be eligible for cancellation or a full refund.
No Returns on Fresh Juice Products
Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on juices, shots, or any fresh food items.
